MessageMr. Speaker,

we would like to propagate this proposal.
This change would again be one step forward for democracy. This change would mean that the Presidium will decide who will become President of the Republic.
Also, whenever a President has lost the confidence of the public or the Presidium, we can hand in a motion and replace the President without having to organize early elections.
Stating that the Head of State would be hereditary means that the title will be, not the person.

MessageMr. Speaker,

might we add that the Vice-President act would also be put to vote when this proposal is passed. That means that any party, represented in Presidium, supporting the Cabinet proposal has right to nominate a vice-President.

This Bill violates the basic fundamentals of Democracy. People must have the power to directly elect their leader and not through the Presidium.
