| Message | Mr. Speaker, we would like to propagate this proposal. This change would again be one step forward for democracy. This change would mean that the Presidium will decide who will become President of the Republic. Also, whenever a President has lost the confidence of the public or the Presidium, we can hand in a motion and replace the President without having to organize early elections.
