Bill: Cbn.004.4506

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4506

Description[?]:

TKK - 29.84% - 3.87 - 4
Jiyu - 24.12% - 3.13 - 3
KKD - 22.22% - 2.88 - 3
RKR - 21.58% - 2.80 - 3

Due to the Jinminto party's 'No' vote and the Zenkoku Renmeitō's abstaining we are forced to suggest another cabinet proposal that does not include them; as before this proposal is done in a proportionally manner, however the calculations used are based off of the collective seats held between the four represented parties rather than the total number of seats in the legislature.

This is the second attempt.at this cabinet, should the Kokumin Dōmeitō abstain from this attempt we will be forced to attempt to form a cabinet without them.
