MessageMr Speaker,

We have heard loud and clear from Suttonites that they no longer want to be a Crown Dependency and would like to be re-integrated into Hutori. It is for that reason we propose this bill to officially withdraw from the following treaty: Diplomatic Recognition of the Isle of Sutton as a Crown Dependency of the Commonwealth of Hutori.

As stated in the bill, upon passage the Isle of Sutton will be re-incorporated into Roccato. We believe that we should still recognize the Isle in the province's name and therefore the officially recognized name of the province shall be The Province of Roccato & the Isle of Sutton.
