Bill: New Right Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Liberal Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4512
Description[?]:
For too long our businessmen had been oppressed by the socialist government, as such I propose a bill that will balance the rights of the workers and those of entrepreneurs, businesses will be able not only to hire more but will be able to not be constantly the target of leftists disastrous policies. Workers striking? Ok, I agree. Workers cannot be fired for any reason given? Not OK. As for minimum wage laws... They are trying to stop the inevitable reality: humans are different and by the different decisions they take they create inequality and freedom at the same time. |

Message | Ok sorry, mayb I gone on extreme mode, seeing all the socialists ideas on DPSR bill I gone mad for a liberalization. Minimum wage is the worst idea of humanity. In theory sounds nice, there is a minimum salary, that being said nobody can pay you lower legally than a sum of money, higher or lower, for example a salary of 15$/hour is proposed in the real world, it aims to force all companies to pay a minimum wage, wage means money for whom one sells his labour, normally to a company. If i go to work to a company I will be given a wage in exchange of my work. I build planes, I get a wage from the boss. This is the teory, but in reality this is a nightmare, in destroys the free-market, transforming it slowly in a monopolized market, because you have to pay your workers high wages you are less likely to grow as a business and less likely to want that, as such competition on work employment reaches unbereable levels, employment plunges down to beat records. Unemployment can be attacked through the relaxation of wage laws, only so markets we will be again competitive, also the worker can strike and also can choose any other company. Government destroys actively monopolies so there is a choice for you to go working. If someone will pay you badly, or not at all you are free to move elsewhere, anyway the government provides you welfare and unemployment checks. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
