Details

Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4513
Description[?]:
Seeing that campaigns by our politicians are made up, the crooked system in which big companies or labor movements lobby for people to candidate looks nice but in fact is a way of saying vote-buying and that shouldnt be accepted in our democratic government. In return our party hereby declares a bill that will put the state in charge of funding the campaigns, despite we do not like big government on our shoulders, this situation is an exception to be taken. We need to ensure that lobbying has no place in our democratic nation, if we do not act, big companies and other lobbyists will keep the leader bought. This practice is a danger to our freedom as we are at the hand of few dirty minded people which only seeks to submine our power to vote. Buying candidates has no place in our state! |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
