This bill seeks to remove the ban on advertising on potentially addictive substances, with the introduction of some regulations.

1) Advertisement of Potentially Addictive Substances henceforth referred to as PASs will be restricted to after 10:00 PM at night.

2) Advertisements of PASs must include a readable list of potential side effects.

3) Advertisements of PASs must not exceed thirty seconds and cannot have back to back advertisement slots.
