Members of the Grand Council, This bill serves as a repeal of Armed Forces Officers' Bill 4513 and the Government Policy on a State Ceremonial Religion, Recognised Religions and Cults 4513. (ooc - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=591596 http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=591473) This follows the issuing of a Royal Veto on these two bill, which will not allow them to pass into law. A third bill, which allows the government to appoint the head of the Zhtál family as Chief Advisor to the Monarch is still under review and the subject of a Special Investigations Committee enquiry as to whether the monarch has overstepped his authority.
