Voting deadline: September 4516
Description[?]:
We belive that recreational drug use is not a matter for crimnal law but a matter of health policy if it's pathological. People who use harmful drugs should be helped and treated not put to jail. On the other hand it is fundamental that access to potentialy harmful substances be regulated and denied to children or people with history of drug abuse. Government-run net of distribution will regulate recreational drugs market, cut down on crime and eliminate profit-based motives that are especially dangerous when it comes to addictive substances. |
