| "The Security Council of the Trigunian Federation, in accordance with the Law on the Authority of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, has issued the following Presidential Defense Decree citing that violence towards the democratically elected government of Temania, the potential instability faced by Whale Island and the headquarters of the World Congress has forced Trigunia into action. Trigunia will act to protect international stability, peace and the institutions that have provided countries throughout the world the ability to prosper and conduct their government actions peacefully. Trigunia will intervene on the side of the democratically elected government of Temania and assist in both peacekeeping, statebuilding and offering developmental assistance to Temania."
