It was formed in the year 4523, after this valiant people waged a long and brave struggle against the neo-colonial power of the Corrupt Confederacy (CNEKK), which though it falsely claimed to uphold equality, was in reality based on the unfair institutional provision of undue privileges to the descendants of the Endralonian colonial empire, which colonized Kizenia in the 18th century CE, and the barbaric Kuzak hordes, who invaded Kizenia in the 6th century CE and established a global slave trade based on the looting and pillaging of Kizenia and its people. Having abolished the Corrupt Confederacy, it became the supreme goal of the Kizenian people to defend their traditional way of life and to ensure that Kizenia would never again be subjected to foreign domination and subversion from within by Endralonian and Kuzak fifth columnists. To ensure this, the Kizenian people, guided by the Legionary-Royalist ideals of their glorious Nation, relying on the unparalleled divine wisdom of the Eternal National Godfathers of Kizenia (Balmoxis the Elder and Ion Mihai Chizânescu) striving continually for their right to self-determination as a people and as a race, taking into account the fundamental role played by the Legionary-Royalist Faith in inspiring the Kizenian masses to liberate themselves from oppression, hereby affirm the eternal and fundamental governing principles of the Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia. Part I. Principles of the Social Structure and Policy of the Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia Chapter 1. The Legionary-Royalist Political System Article I. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia is based on the unquestionable faith of all its citizens and subjects in the Legionary-Royalist doctrine of the indivisibility of the Kizenian people, the Kizenian National Royalist Legion, the King, and the Supreme Leader. The Kizenian people exist under and by virtue of the grace of their National Royalist Legion, which in turn exists under and by virtue of the grace of its Supreme Leader. Article II. The Head of State is the King (Regele) of the Kizenian people. The King is the keeper of the Legionary-Royalist Faith and is responsible for the spiritual well-being of Kizenia. The King is not a political leader, but a spiritual leader. The King is subject to the secular laws of the Nation and to the political leadership of the Supreme Leader, while the Supreme Leader is subject to the spiritual guidance of the King. Article III. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia is a one-party state. The party of the Kizenian people is the Kizenian National Royalist Legion (Legiunea Națională Regalistă Chizână). No other party is permitted to exist in Kizenia and all attempts to undermine the Kizenian National Royalist Legion will be subject to the wrath of State, King, and Supreme Leader. Article IV. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia is a one-people state. Its people are known as Kizenians. Kizenians are the indigenous people of Kizenia. No other people may claim any historical or contemporary relationship to the territories and lands which make up Kizenia that would imply ownership or sovereignty over the aforementioned territories and lands. Article V. Any faction of the Kizenian National Royalist Legion which betrays the Eternal Law of the Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia must be censured and its leadership liquidated. If a faction which has been found by two-thirds of the United Chamber of Legionaries and Royalists to have demonstrated disloyalty to the Eternal Law of the Legionary-Royalist State, the leaders of that faction must be subjected to the Wrath of the State. Factions found guilty of disloyalty to the Legionary-Royalist State by a two-thirds majority of the United Chamber of Legionaries and Royalists may be required to adopt a new name for their faction and be publicly condemned in an Official Statement of Censure of the Legionary-Royalist State. Leaders of disloyal factions of the Kizenian National Royalist Legion shall also be subject to severe punishments, up to and including imprisonment and execution, to be determined according to the severity of the offense. A Legion faction may be censured no more than once per election cycle. Part II. Principles of Decolonial Governance Article VI. Kizenian is the official and mandatory language of Kizenia. No other language may be used in public and commercial settings. Article VII. The use in any form of the Endralonian and Kuzak languages is absolutely prohibited in all settings, public and private, in the Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia, due to the role speakers of these languages played in the historic oppression of the Kizenian people. Violation of this prohibition shall be met with severe punishment and the full Wrath of State, King, and Supreme Leader. Article VIII. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia exists to defend the national interests of the Kizenian people. Any speech or conduct running counter to Kizenian national interests shall be severely punished and subject to the Wrath of State, King, and Supreme Leader. Article IX. The Kizenian people are defined by their blood and by their culture. Individuals with non-Kizenian blood may become Kizenians if they adopt the norms of Kizenian culture and are recognized as members of the Kizenian National Community by the Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia. However, assimilated or naturalized male Kizenians shall be encouraged by the Legionary-Royalist State to refrain from biological reproduction and assimilated or naturalized female Kizenians shall be strongly encouraged by the Eternal Law to only reproduce with natural-born, biological Kizenians who have Kizenian blood. Article X. The Legionary-Royalist State is responsible for the implementation of an aeonic campaign of cultural evolution known as the Decolonial Reorganization Process. The aim of the Decolonial Reorganization Process is to unify Kizenia as a one-people state. It is recognized by the Legionary-Royalist State that many individuals identified as "New Endralonians" under the Corrupt Confederacy were in fact ethnic Kizenians who were forced to assimilate under the oppressive yoke of the Endralonian colonial empire. The Legionary-Royalist State is responsible for bringing those with Kizenian blood who have become alienated from Kizenian culture into the Kizenian National Community. Part III. Fundamental Rights Article XI. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia conceives human rights as collective, positive, and concrete. The State is the provider of human rights and prioritizes the provision of collective rights of national sovereignty and spiritual well-being. Article XII. The fundamental and supreme human right is the right of the Kizenian people to national self-determination. All other human rights enjoyed by the Kizenian people are based on this right. Article XIII. The Legionary-Royalist State of Kizenia will ensure Kizenian sovereignty by any means necessary. Article XIV. The Eternal Law recognizes the Legionary-Royalist Faith as a unique religion belonging to the Kizenian people alone and which has played an especially important role in the history of Kizenia. The Legionary-Royalist State must work to safeguard and protect the Legionary-Royalist Faith and its adherents from persecution. Part IV. The Continuing Revelation of Eternal Law Article XV. The Eternal Law of Kizenia is greater than any man-made document. As the Eternal National Godfathers of Kizenia reveal more truths to the Kizenian people and their National Royalist Legion, representations of the Eternal Law may be amended to reflect the greater understanding of the Eternal Law which is achievable through close adherence to the Legionary-Royalist Faith. |

| Message | This is a Kizenian national matter and Vanuku parties have no right to dictate to Kizenian politics. LNC has always worked openly to fight corruption and corrupt entities, up to and including the Confederacy itself. LNC is a revolutionary party and mass movement and cannot be dissolved according to the demands of foreign interests. We believe that the fight for justice and restoration of the Eternal Law conforms to a higher natural law which trumps the laws of Mankind. As revolutionaries, we are willing to break unjust neo-colonial laws. The Kizenian people have voiced their support for revolutionary change by electing a Legionary president. | Message | OOC If this law is passed, the following should be an RP on civil war that is decided through normal elections. As LeE seeks the support of the armed forces abroad to reestablish the confederation, it will not stand for normal elections. In the confederation there are 5 nations, and three republics. The control of Kutohaderia is still LeE and surely seek their independence to force a war against Kizenia. New Endralon should be the booty of the first campaign. The rest of the RP story would not know how to follow it. Of course, prepare to fall into the GRC rating about military and economic power with this measure. |

| Message | OOC: Agree to civil war with anti-SLRC (Statul Legionar-Regalist Chizânia) forces concentrated in Kuzaki. However it should be clarified if the presidents of republics are elected by first past the post voting. Because LeE got just 47% of votes in Kuzaki, it could be that LNC or KRP would have gotten more votes if there would be second round elections for presidents of the republics as part of the game mechanics. But I would be willing to accept that the republics presidents are determined by simple majority. Perhaps we can consider that, until the civil war is resolved, there is a dual power scenario in which the parties which have not folded into the new Legiunea Națională Regalistă Chizână (LNRC) represent the strength of a CNEKK-loyalist government in exile (in Kuzaki). |
