Description[?]:

We hereby institute the Peoples' Police Commissariat to unify and co-ordinate police departments across Lodamun. The Chief Commissar of the PPC shall be nominated by the Internal Minister and presented to the Presidium for approval. He shall oversee the workings of the PPC, hire and fire officials within hierarchy of Lodamese police departments and the PPC. Furthermore to protect against police abuses and unproletarian activities by the police of Lodamun each police squad shall be assigned a Peoples' Commissar with powers of arrest over the police forces. Furthermore, to decrease crime police shall be permitted to patrol streets at night. Police shall be granted firearms.

Bill hereby presented to the Presidium for approval by the Right Honourable Karl Benito-Asgore Friedman Posadas CXXXII, MP and Internal Affairs Minister.
