| With the dissolution of one of the largest extremist groups, the ultranationalist Dundorfische Nationale Union, the Nationaler Stabilitätsrat introduces the Nationaler Sicherheitsgesetz, or National Security Law. Largely a blanket ban on extremist political parties, the law intends to give law enforcement greater tools at apprehending subscribers of said extremist views, with an ultimate end goal of ensuring the end of instability within the nation. Outlined in several articles, which include: ARTICLE I— Effective immediately, all nationalist, monarchist, conservative, capitalist, and fascist movements shall be stripped of their allowance to form a political association or party within the national legislature. ARTICLE II— In accordance with Article I, subscribers to said ideologies are hereby forbidden to organize public campaigns, even if they are campaigning independently. ARTICLE III— Upon the passage of this law, provisions will be made available to the nation's law enforcement to better apprehend such matters in the nature of any of the above articles being violated. Such provisions include, but are not limited to: -Whether a local, state, or federal law enforcement institution, has probable cause that either a politician or private citizen has expressed such views in public or on social media, a warrant must be obtained before further action. -Upon acquisition of said warrant, and probable cause has been confirmed, the person(s) in question can be apprehended and subject to questioning, with penalties being given with the full extent of said articles outlined above. Article IV— Varying degrees of penalties shall be issued for the severity of the extent of extremism subscribed to or perpetrated by said person(s), with a maximum being 2 years in a federal penitentiary, depending on said aforementioned severity. |

| Message | The junta would like to remind the NKP that these ideologies have caused nearly six years of violence and instability against the nation. Property has been destroyed, innocent civilians have been murdered by their senseless violence and those who have had the good fortune to survive are either displaced or living in fear that they shall fall victim to such heinous actions themselves. Is this a future that the NKP wishes for the nation? To easily allow such horrors to consume the nation once more? Because the junta does not. And we also ask upon them what aspects of this government brands it as communist? Is this merely a name they wish to affix to score political points? The nation is in fear, this is certainly no time to waste hours ignorantly slapping a label on a neutral junta under a pacified social democratic majority. To be complicit and allow subscribers of these ideologies to be free to commit such abhorrent actions once again for the sake of promoting "democratic values" is to be no better than the extremists themselves. The PDS has examined the NKP's organizations that it is enrolled in, namely the Fascist Union, the Nationalist Conservatives, the Fascist International Social Movement, or FISM, and the Terran Union of Fascists (TUF), of which the NKP holds leadership of two and full membership of one, clearly shows that the party's claims of believing in a democratic nation to be an utter joke. We will not compromise, we will not submit, and we dare not let this go unnoticed. We shall request a formal investigation on behalf of Interior Minister Mucke as soon as possible.
