| This Act shall be put into law only with a 2/3 majority, and if the Grand Constitutional Reform Act of 4523 is passed. With the passing of this act we cast aside the Second Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun and declare the "First Lodamese Social Republic", which shall be the full official and legal name of this state. |
