| This bill will do the following, once passed: 1)Give the Keymon Republic and it’s government have the right to make legislative, military, economic, financial, and social acts and/or laws for the Coastal Vrassa peacekeeping area 2)Give the Keymon Republic and its government have the right to make decisions for the Coastal Vrassa peacekeeping area 3)Gives the Keymon Republic and it’s government the obligation to the people of Coastal Vrassa to guarantee there defense via usage of military, police, and other forces 4)Gives the Keymon Republic and it’s government the obligation to the people of Coastal Vrassa to guarantee there safety and will dedicate itself to there safety |

I PERSONALLY (Keyword: Personally) agreed that Keymon's previous small operations weren't an attack against us, the Interim Government didn't. And that was before the KLF proposed this awful bill which infringes upon the sovereignty of Kalistan. We don't consent to this, and I doubt the illegitimate government does either. "The Valruzians want citizens to die. We don’t. We open our arms to all Kalistani citizens wishing to take refuge from violence and fear." Keymon is currently supplying armaments and funds to a fascist government and has threatened to destroy us immediately, it's quite hypocritical to claim that Valruzia wants people to die. Let it be known plainly, we don't consent to this infringement upon the sovereignty of the Kalistani people. The fascist government has more of a right to govern that land than Keymon. It is a bill that only effects the peacekeeping area of Coastal Vrassa and it is meant to guarantee peace in the peacekeeping area. Ultimately Coastal Vrassa will be handed to the Kalistani government, whichever one that will eventually be. We are not supplying arms to any side of the conflict.
