Details
Submitted by[?]: Hosian Corporatist League of Lodamun
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4524
Description[?]:
This act increases the amount of seats to 300, to end the empty seats problem, and renames the Presidium to the Chamber of Deputies. With this act passing, to preserve the ancient term of Presidium, the Cabinet shall be renamed the Presidium of the Chamber of Deputies, with the Cabinet Ministers becoming Ministers of the Presidium. MPs should be referred to as Deputies, though forms of address such as "the honourable..." shall remain in use. The office of the presidency shall have its powers reduced to ceremonial only, with the bulk of its powers transferred to the Chairman of the Presidium of the Chamber of Deputies. All officials and bureaucrats shall be mandated to pass a rigurous Civil Service Examination. As a compromise, at least for current, we shall holdoff declaring a new republic. We shall also holdoff renaming the office of President. |
