Bill: A New Capital for a New Pontesi

Details

Submitted by[?]: Factio Imperatoria

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4526

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

The current capital is old and located far from the rest of the country.
We therefore suggest we expand and improve the city of Victoria in Bazileum, and move all government services there to better service all of Pontesi, not just the western highlands closest to Forum Hortus.

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules.

Random quote: "Ask the experimenters why they experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are like us." Ask the experimenters why it is morally okay to experiment on animals, and the answer is: "Because the animals are not like us." Animal experimentation rests on a logical contradiction." - Charles R. Magel
