Description[?]:

Article 1 - Authorizes all Ministers of government and all ministries and agencies to form and organize as needed.

Article 2 - Authorizes President of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristannto create, dissolve and decree on an as needed basis the formation of agencies, committees or other institutions of the state to carry out the mission and duties of the Constitution of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan.

Article 3 - Authorizes the President as the Commander-in-Chief and de facto leader of all military, security, intelligence, police and militia forces. Authorizes the President to appoint or coordinate activities of militias and paramilitary organizations.

Article 4 - Authorizes the re-establishment of the Supreme Military Council and a to be determined Presidential Council.

Article 5 - Authorizes the Republican Guard of the Majatran Socialist Ba’ath Party as a direct officially sanctioned government paramilitary, granting them all authorities of Armed Forces status. Authorizes President as de facto Commander-in-Chief of Republican Guard.
