| Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Valruzia, on the partial mobilization of National Forces of Defense and preparation for possible military intervention in the United Republic of Kalistan, It is decided that the Government of the Republic of Valruzia as the main body responsible for participation in international relations is: A) ordering the partial mobilization of the National Forces of Defense of the Republic of Valruzia under undisclosed conditions agreed upon by the Chancellery of the President of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of National Defense, B) ordering the preparation for a military intervention and all operations connected with it (logistics, transportation, maintenance) in the United Republic of Kalistan to guarantee the integrity of the aforementioned, protect its citizens and human rights.
