We hereby propose a plan to actually consolidate the unity of Malivia. Shocked by the previous incidents in Bulkhandra, we hereby propose this plan. This plan shall -
(1) Immediately ban all regionalist and separatist parties and organisations within Malivia.
(2) Give the state authority to order the arrest of any person accused of spreading or inspiring seperatist ideas, simply by the consent of the Prime Minister.
(3)Give the Prime Minister powers to declare martial law or state of emergency in any province if he/she feels that speratism is arising or a seperatist crisis is arising in the province.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.

Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician
