| Citizens, It is of note that over the past several years, some members of the government have mentioned that they were strongarmed into corrupt actions without their knowledge, particularly Infrastructure Minister Park Il, who was nearly assassinated by some men In black suits, apparently in an effort to silence him on the extent of organized crime in the government. In recent years it is apparent that policing and intelligence have been neglected so in an effort we propose reinstating an Intelligence Agency to help track these individuals down and determine their sources of funding. It is also important that we ratify the recent treaty proposal with Kazulia as I believe they could be of assistance in this endeavor, especially as they seem interested in tracking down tax-dodging citizens of their own nation. Therefore I beseech this government for the formal organization of Intelligence Agency and recruitment drive into police forces. Signed, Crown Princess Sung Kyuri |
