| First law to be signed by Luka Luce-Oscura, the new president of Istalia. this law shall demand that our business include the workers and the trade union and their decision processus. Being in business should not only mean to make money, it should mean to take responsablity for what may happen to our country, what our action can cause to others, it is time, that we the entrepreneur, accept to hear the workers. the law I present, shall demand that all small and medium businesses, create a worker's council. Others shall be asked to give the trade union a place in the administration and stocks.
