Message | Trust me, I can use up 30 proposals in one shot. It won't be pretty near election time... Article 3 strikes me as strange. If a new party gets 20,000 votes, then do we have to increase the size of our assembly to 25,000 members just so we can give that party one token representative? |

Message | All article 3 does is remove the bias that is currently part of the algorithim that is used to determine the numer of seats each region receives. If one region, for example, has precisely 25% of the national population, it will be represented by precisely 25% of the National Assembly. |
