Reforms in judicial reforms are deemed by us necessary for enhancing better the law. First, compensations for eminent domain should be done by the property owner, the state however should be able to attack the decision to a higher court if the cost is unreasonable. Also second, we should improve efficiency of the courts by making courts regional, the national court doing more important issues, letting local ones handling issues.
