These proposals is to secure the rising population. The more Hobrazians we are the more prospery we will be. Furthermore is it important to secure the living standards of our elders with a state pension system. It is to secure that every elderly citizen won't be forgotten in the system, that we propose this bill. This also encourage equality amongst our inhabitants.
