MessageThis bill has one major glairing inaccuracy. Currently only environmentally friendly fuels and vehicles are allowed, though there are no limits on these. The change you are attempting to introduce would allow the ownership and use of environmentally harmful fuels and vehicles thusly increasing the risk of pollution than there is currently.

Messagenope, because there will be a lower amount of cars and there will be tax incentives to assure environmentally friendly fuel. Hold in mind, that cars using environmentally friendly fuels also pollute. We must reduce the amount of cars on the streets.

Message"Hold in mind, that cars using environmentally friendly fuels also pollute." - That's an oxymoron. If something is environmentally friendly it means it is not harmful to the environment. You aren't telling me that a Hydrogen Combustion engine produces large amounts of pollution, are you? It's by-product is water.

MessageHydrogen production requires large amount of electricity to split water or comes from fossil fuels. This is just as polluting.

MessageHydrogen can produced in one of 2 ways, either through the decomposition of Methane, which is a natural cycle, or from water using electricity (electrolosis). With the use of Generation IV nuclear reactors no extra electricity would be required as these reactors are capable of producing both hydrogen and electricity without serious power reductions. This would be extremely beneficial as current Hobrazian energy generation is primarily through the use of nuclear reactors. There is also the possibility of using a metallic catalyst which would provide hydrogen using only sunlight and water, so there would be little to no pollution and the operating cost would be extremely low.
