| Aimed at allowing Publicly-owned Enterprises to expand the range of their domestic products to reach not only more of the nation, but also allowing their products to be exported out of the country, so long as the receiving nation has accepted their exports. ARTICLE I— Publicly-owned Enterprises that reach coverage of an entire state are hereby entitled to export their goods to other Arbeiterstaaten freely and without interruption. PoEs are also entitled to export their goods to foreign nations, so long as both them and the foreign nation in question are in compliance with the Foreign Investment Act of 4530. ARTICLE II— Once a Publicly-owned Enterprise has exported their goods, they are therefore wholly responsible for adherence to the trade laws of various nations of which they are exporting to, along with any trade treaties that the Metzist Republic of Dundorf or foreign nation is a member of. ARTICLE III— Publicly-owned Enterprises are allowed to trade with economic zones of continental alliances, and must adhere to the Foreign Investment Act if trading with corporations that share ties to a continental alliance's economic zone. ARTICLE IV— Publicly-owned Enterprises are NOT permitted to engage in harassment practices when it comes to foreign companies. Doing so will not only hamper the trade relations with a given nation and the Metzist Republic of Dundorf, but may incur fines and other penalties to the Publicly-owned Enterprise in question. |
