This is a RP law passed by HDpR and it focuses on the language. Any deflamatory, injuring commentary, impersonating others or just bad talk shall be punished through the central courts forces, sanctioned with a fine, imprisonment, removing rights of speaking and even calling moderators to punish the party (banning).
