1. By passage of this act all parties proposing more expenditure or lower income have to refinance that proposal within the same bill with another proposal, meaning by either cutting expenditure somewhere or increasing taxes somewhere.
1.1 Budget deficits are not allowed.
2. This law shall serve the coming generations and the fight against irresponsible budgets.
3. This is a normal law and can be passed/abolished/changed with a simple majority.
