| Passed and binding here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595880 It can be defeated or modified with a simple majority Ask admin on forum for clearing it if defeated HLP proposes powers on who can exit the nation, as such here are the amendments: Proposal 1 The state will control the borders intensively as no one can get or enter illegally Proposal 2 The state will impose quotas for leaving or entering at their discretion to control population Proposal 3 The state will expel anyone from the nation at their discretion Proposal 4 The state will impose quotas when needed and will be based on goods and properties, importance of the person, sexuality, usefulness to the nation etc. Proposal 5 Strong tests are introduced whenever needed to ensure loyalty to the Constitution and to the HLP Proposal 6 Criminals may not exit nation for a period of time and passing tests again Proposal 7 To leave the nation you have to pass tests (like with driving licence) Proposal 8 Heterosexuals may not leave nation without giving reasonable motives Proposal 9 Refugees that enter illegally will be expelled from the nation |
