Description[?]:

From October 4543 forward, the Sultanate is officially depoliticized.

The only political Party which shall be legal in Badara shall be حزب السلطان (Hizb al-Sultan), the Party of the Sultan). The Hizb al-Sultan supports the Sultanate and advises the Sultan and the Majliis on all political matters.

All newly formed political organizations shall fall under the umbrella of Hizb al-Sultan, and must adopt the name "Hizb al-Sultan- xx faction". For example, a liberal faction will will be called Hizb al-Sultan- Liberal Faction.

Furthermore, Section 6, rule 5c states:

"RP laws are generally prohibited from banning specific political parties and ideological groups; however with appropriate background RP and justification, a country may ban specific political parties and ideological groups. Nations that do this must follow the procedure for normally passing a constitutional law and then will have to have the RP law approved by posting it HERE alongside appropriate posts, justification and facts to support the banning. RP laws that create a one-party state follow similar rules to the ones stated above"

I intend, once the RP law passes, to have it reviewed by moderation and change it if need be.
