These are the bylaws for the operation of the SCC:

1) each part receives one vote regardless of size in the national legislature

2) ech case requires a simple majorirty to pass

3) each case will have a voting deadline of24 IRL hours, or 6 months IG

4) any case that does not meet the required threshold will be assumed to not have passed

5) cases are voted on manually

6) a passed case shall be then posted on the Index

7) The passed case bill is to then be unanimously voted for

7a) any party that fails to vote for an approved case, shall have to be assumed to have committed treason against the constitution, and shall be disbanded
