MessageOf course children have the right to a childhood but they also have the right to gain valuable work experience and feeling proud about their first well-earned money. As we also requiere children to visit school, we do not see a conflict of interest there.

MessageYou do not require children to visit school, that is rather the point http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=596006

Are we to assume from the phrase "As we also requiere children to visit school" the Minister will now vote in favour of the Education Act or is this just another case of a member of the government not knowing what they are talking about?

MessageAs there is a obvious majority in favour of the quoted act we already took actions to ensure that the law can be executed and as a result we are already requiering schoolchildren to visit school on an experimental bases. We intend to serve the people efficently andf therefore do not leave it to the last second.

Message"Child labour is allowed and unregulated; adult labour laws do not apply" This means that children can be subject to cruel, inhumane and dangerous work, this is not acceptable.
As also noted by the HDA, your government does not require children to partake in education. It is clear your government cares very little for the welfare of children.

MessageAs explained above we already took action in this regard. Moreover outlawing the proud work of children is hardly the best course of action.

Message"we already took actions to ensure that the law can be executed" Laws only come into force once they are passed by the Senate, not before.

MessageWe do not agree with BDL here, think of the Welfare and safety of the children in our Country. Children are missing out on vital education, for working damaging their health and wellbeing. They are being subject to cruel, inhumane work environments. Children need to be treat with care and responsibility, not with slavery and punishment.

We hope that the BDL reevaluates and proposes a law which stops Child labour. If it was your child, would you let he or she be subject to abuse? Punishment? For what? Wanting to be a child.

Children should have the right to a standard education, with the learning of becoming an adult as a topic in the national curriculum for education up to 16 year olds. We believe this will ensure that children are ready for adulthood when taking on their first job.

We believe there are other ways of assuring children are ready and are able to work, not by punishing them from a young age. It’s wrong, damaging and immoral.

We would not accept this bill if it went to a vote.

Head of DCP Government.

We are happy that the BDL have made attempts to improve the well-being of children, I believe that Caelan S Bromell May have had a drink or 2 when submitting the last comment so apologies to all parties there, especially our coalition partner BDl for the comments such as “inhumane” and “cruel, I think he is confused.

We are happy that your party are taking an extra step further to give a Child the best quality of life they need, this will extensively improve civil rights, we are a firm believer that this bill is the right way forward to a successful country.

We would accept this bill and hope it will be accepted immediately after voting is over.

Random quote: "Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, from those who are cold and are not clothed. The world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children." - Dwight D. Eisenhower
