The Landsturm Decree (Dundorfian: Landsturm Dekret) was originally written by State Chancellor Regismund von Petrov, former Minister of Defense and Generalfeldmarschall Bonifaz Voll and Inspector-General of the Armed Forces of Dorvik. The new and updated Landsturm Decree includes updates and revisions and is dated September, 4354.

The Landsturm Decree is a mass mobilization of the Dorvish people to defend the homeland against foreign invasion or significant public or internal disharmony. The Landsturm Decree was developed by a joint military-political council and alongside the State Security and Defense Council. The updated version was updated with the assistance of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Interior.

Article 1 - Purpose
Section 1 - The Landsturm Decree is meant as a last line of defense against an imminent foreign invasion or mass foreign infiltration of Dorvish territorial sovereignty. The Landsturm Decree is meant to be activated in times of grave emergency for the Dorvish state and to better assist the Dorvish people in protection of their freedoms and rights;

Section 2 - The Landsturm Decree provides that 1/3 of the Dorvish population of men and women between the ages of 18-60 will be mobilized within 72 hours of declaration of the Landsturm Decree, information regarding the aforementioned section will be located in Article 2 of the Landsturm Decree.

Article 2 - Activation and Usage
Section 1 - The Landsturm Decree may only be activated by the head of state during a declared state of emergency (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=443014) or if the sovereignty or territorial integrity of the Dorvish state in imminently threatened;

Section 2 - The Chief of the Landsturm will be charged with ensuring appropriate provisions and management of the Landsturm. The Chief of the Landsturm as well as the Landsturm Office will be subordinate to the Supreme General Staff of the Armed Forces of Dorvik underneath the Ministry of Defense of the Dorvish state;

Section 3 - The Landsturm Decree may be suspended or ended by the head of state or a unanimous vote of the Dorvish national legislature or if the state of emergency is declared over;

Section 4 - When the Landsturm Decree is activated the head of state maintains de facto command of the Landsturm but operational and logistical direction is underneath the direction of the Chief of the Landsturm and the Inspector-General of the Supreme General Staff of the Armed Forces of Dorvik.
