Since the creation of the Staatssicherheitsbüro, it's activities in foreign nations have been overseen by the agency directly, and not being assigned to its own branch. For the purposes of limiting bureaucracy and improving the efficiency of the organization, the Hauptwerwaltung Aufklärung (Main Directorate for Reconnaissance) shall be established immediately after the passing of this bill, with its duties being: ARTICLE I— Overseeing foreign counterintelligence operations and information gathering ARTICLE II— Oversee the security of Dundorfian embassies where they exist, and providing assistance with intelligence matters when necessary ARTICLE III— Conduct espionage operations in nations when deemed necessary ARTICLE IV— Oversee the selection, recruitment, and training of possible agents, along with naturally assisting pre-deployed agents ARTICLE V— Cooperate with agents of allied nations to the Metzist Republic of Dundorf and members of the Coalition of Revolutionary Socialist States (C.A.R.S.S.) ARTICLE VI— Share their reports on counterintelligence, reconnaissance, and information gathering to the SSB on a monthly basis |
