| Message | According to the Constitution the court may only be called into session by the First Judge, which is currently appointed by the BDL: "2.2 The first judge is responsible for calling the court in session. This has to happen latest one year after the acceptance of the appeal." | Message | The First Judge must calm himself. When an appeal is made to the Court he will have one year to call an active session. First Appeal On behalf of the people of Solentia, we appeal against the ruling set out in the 'Communist Oppression Act’ of 4539.http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=595139 The law which states that ‘Adultery is a capital offense’ violates Articles 3, 12 and 18 of the “Constitutional amendment: Citizens Rights Charta” http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=584001 It violates Article 3 by denying the right to life of those deemed guilty. It violates Article 12 by subjecting defendants to arbitrary interference with their privacy and constitutes an attack on their honour. It violates Article 18 by denying defendant's freedom of conscience. Adultery is an issue of conscience.
