| To any parties in Hulstria/Gao-Soto who might see this before it is archived: You are cleared of all responsibility for anything mentioned in this discussion and we do not hold anything against you. This was drafted during the age of the HSP (Homosexual Supremacist Party), a party that believed that gays were 'superior sexuality'. But ever since the reforms to abolish the gay-state were passed, this bill has been rendered irrelevant. All of the legislation in this bill is no longer valid and will not be put into effect. The original text has been preserved for reference only. We hope you will not take offense at this. Although it is important to learn from the past, it is just as vital to move forward as well.
