Message | I submit to the diet that though we be a nation dominated by one religion, and though we be a Holy Empire, it is wholly unnecessary for all the citizens of our great nation to register their religion with the government. If we are so confident in the status of the Church, and we, in this diet, have affirmed that it is a voluntary association, then it is wholly, wholly, unnecessary for such voluntary association to be registered with the government. It will only create more government bureaucracy and makes religion a lowly, governmental thing. It demeans the church, it demeans the Government and I submit the measures abolition to the Diet. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
