Message | Mr. Speaker, It is my honor and privilege to introduce the EEFA to the floor. This bill will truly unleash the economy and ensure that workers rights are protected. This piece of legislation both bolsters the abilities of unions to go on strike when they feel necessary as well as employers rights to choose who works in their establishments. This proposal will almost certainly lead to a better economic position for the whole of the country and better relationships between employers and unions. Unions will now have less government regulation in regards to their balloting and at the same time will have to be more observant to employers. Whereas before a union could literally sink a company destroying jobs and opportunities for others. Where as now that Union understands that the employer has every right to fire his employees and they must be respectful of one another while the employer must also understand that a strike not only looks bad for a company but if that company doesnt treat his employees right they won't have any employees to create products. The opposition will attempt to make this out to be an attack on unions and the hard working men and women when in reality it's just making everything simplified easier and more free! Message | Actually, employers are permitted to fire workers that strike for no reason.Besides, why does every libertarian think that all employers care about their workers? In fact if we removed all worker’s rights, most employers would rush to end them. Also, a company deserves to get bankrupt if they don’t respect their workers. -Adam Robles February 4548 |

Message | Unions are absolutely necessity to protecting the rights of workers. The fact that the SCP would even consider putting this bill to the floor is a testament to their lack of character and respect for the working people. |
