| Message | Now if the bill were rewritten to state "any acts of Secretariat that decree anything regarding religion shall not be permitted, provided such act does not contradict Constitutional Article 2 section 4, and cannot be misconstrued as an excuse to outlaw religious practice by individual persons." We'd be more inclined to support it. Many people in our country like to keep our religion private and undocumented, though we are fiercely defensive of it given that attacks on religion have tended to take a Western Supremacist narrative in the past(i.e. "nonwestern is backwards becuase look at their savage beliefs" sort of argument). The constitution is still in debate period. This must be passed before it can be cited. That being said, this bill was not intended to conflict with the religious freedoms of citizens. References to religious practice within federal bills does not affect one's ability to practice their religion. If there truly exists an issue with how this is worded, we will gladly reword this bill as described by the honorable secretary. |

| Message | We appreciate that. You are correct that it doesn't by the letter of the law contradict it, though it could be misinterpreted by some as an excuse to penalize religion(especially those of indigenous religions) and so it needs to be more clear. |

| Message | There is also the preamble though which elaborates on 3 types of Legitimacy(each legitimacy is intended to serve as a check and balance on the other kind and guard against Totalitarianisms). Totalitarian Ideologies tend to drum up one type of legitimacy while ignoring the others. |
