| Article 1 - Establishes the Presidential Council to assist the President in the carrying out of his functions as the head of state of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan. The size, composition and positions within the Presidential Council are underneath the oversight of the President who has executive authority over the Presidential Council; Article 2 - Officially names the "cabinet" of Kafuristan as the "Council of Ministers of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan"; Article 3 - Places, directly underneath the authority of the President, these ministries in place of reporting to the Prime Minister of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan will instead report directly to the President. The Prime Minister still has authority as the first among equals of the Council of Ministers but executive authority rests with the President. The ministries underneath the authority of the President are: -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs -- Ministry of the Interior -- Ministry of Finance -- Ministry of Defense -- Ministry of Justice -- Ministry of Trade and Industry; Article 4 - Re-establishes the "Militia Decree" with grants state authority, state funding and protection to the Kafuri National Defense Forces. This act outlaws all other militia forces that are not underneath the umbrella of the "Militia Decree" both the President and the Minister of the Interior are allowed to add new militias and paramilitary forces to the Militia Decree; Article 5 - Formally recognizes the Republican Guard of the Majatran Socialist Ba'ath Party as the vanguard of Ba'athism and the protector of unity, liberty and socialism in Kafuristan. The Armed Forces of Kafuristan will assist in the training, management and funding of the Republican Guard but will remain solely independent as the sovereign protector of Ba'athism and the Majatran people in Kafuristan; |
