| We feel that our citizens should not be forced to recycle, merely encouraged. Mandatory recycling is a costly business for the government and although our citizens should see that recycling is a positive thing, they should decide for themselves if they wish to participate. Industries however do have to be regulated, as they pose major ecological risks if left unchecked. |
