| 1. By passage of this act the government has to found a new unit: Solentian State Security 1.1 The unit shall serve the country to undermine efforts to establish communist or socialist or moderate ideas and to persecute those parties or individuals which advocate them. 1.2 Its member shall have complete immunity for their actions within the service. 1.3 All its members and head of the unit must come from the region of Pine and must be either members of the MNP or the FU and their successor organisations. 1.4 The minister of defence and Prime Minister have joint authority of the force. 1.5 The force is not accountable to parliament. 1.6. The target size until 4560 is 5000 men. 2.0 This is a normal law and can be passed/abolished/changed with a simple majority |
