| This passes with a 2/3 majority to be constitutionally binding. -Article 1- 1. If any party or leadership passes or proposes a measure to put any specific group into special work camps, prisons, helicopter rides, death camps, or any unfavorable location, this anti-fascist protection bill can be called upon. 2. An example would be the conservatives putting the LGBT community in camps in the early 4500’s. 3. This protection protocol gets put into effect immediately. It can be only be overruled if the fascist protection act is overruled. -Article 2- 1. If this is called upon, all government officials enforcing this removal of a group into death camps will be criminally charged if they act upon. 2. Officials ordering public officials to do this will get even harsher criminal penalties. 3. “Helicopter rides” for leftists, the LGBT individuals, and minorities will be prosecuted like murder. 4. Government officials proposing such death camps will also be investigated. |
