| Collegues, In order to safeguard the stability of the State and to defend the Institutions, in name of the Protected Democracy which we have to build now that we have in our hand the fate of our nations, with this resolution the National Congress of Istalia declares officially out of law all these political ideologies which promote violent means to take the powers but first of all the Congress bans all those political movements and ideologies which promotes anti-democratic systems of government and of societies. With this resolution the National Congress recognize the Reppresentative Democracy as the best achievements among the political systems and authorize the adoption of all those tools and form of political organizations which can ensure the retantion of this political system for the Istalian State and the Istalian people. The National Congress, furthermore, recognize to the Head of State, General Michele Appiano De Borromei the right and the authority to persue and adopt all those measures to ensure the defence of the State from any menace which could affect and hint the State and/or the People. And as first act as Head of State, General Michele Appiano De Borromei demands, and the National Congress agrees, that a nationwide investigation led by the Istalian Intelligence is organized and conducted to identify, persue and, in case, eradicate all those peoples and organizations which are or could be a clear menace for the security of the State, the institutions and the Istalians rights. The Head of State, furthermore, and the National Congress agrees, declared as dangerous and undesiderable all those political as well as cultural and scientifical opinions and ideological positions which can damage and harm the individuals as well as all the Istalian society. The Head of State assured that Istalians must be freed from all those harmful customs, cultures, beliefs and practices that can push them towards ignorance and barbarism and that can therefore poison the realization of an evolved society driven by rationality, logic and that is not prey to archaics beliefs and opinions which can harm others and society as a whole. Among the cultural features which can harm the Istalian Society, the National Congress recognizes some cultures and specific nationalities which are to be considerated as uncompatible with the Istalian society and culture and from which Istalia must be defended. As first identified nationalities considered as undesiderable and toward which the immigration quotas will be adeguate, the National Congress indicates: - Deltarians (unless Deltarian citizens demands political asylum and agrees to respect and embrace all the Istalian values and Principles) - Solentians (considered as harmfull for the Istalian society each time their concentration among the istalian demographic reach an elevated level; the Head of State Michele Appiano De Borromei revealed furthermore that there are evidences about decades of undercover operations and work persued by the Solentian authorities to undermine Istalian prosperity and stability and litterally to drain istalian richness and opportunities for our citizens). - Narikatonish (considered as a dangerous and barbaric ethnicity and cultures which developed an harsh feeling towards the Istalian freedoms and way of life). - all those citizens and organizations from declared and openly socialist, communist, anarchist, fascist, and all those regimes considered as unhuman and barbaric will be special observed and will have to carry special procedures to enter the nation. No permanent residence will be authorized to these citizens unless they demand political asylum accepting to respect and embrace our values and principles. Long live Istalia! |
