Can I invite the National Salvation Front to justify the budget increases and decreases as they appear and why the funding situations need to change as they are proposing.

MessageMr. Speaker,

As per the LIB (Roy) request:

HoG: HoG does not need millions to live a comfortable life

FA: we need to be able to advance Hutorian interests terra wide

IA: we do not need an overbearing police

F: we need to support our central banks to allow for the prevention of a stock collapse

D: we need a stronger army, as per the NPP and LIB (Rep)

IT: budget cut, our infrastructure system is already one of the best in the world

EC: We do not believe in heavy spending on "Culture"

ST: small cut to allow for other increases

A: Hutori should not need to import any food, and should export it, and thus increase our independence

TI: we need a stronger industry to produce all the goods our people need.

If I can point out a few issues with their budget, and we'll start with the HoG/HoS budget alone.

The HoG/HoS budget isn't just for their personal salaries. It also covers the salaries of their staff, to which they have vast and spawling offices; the Office of the President of the Federal Republic and the Prime Minister's Office are two of the largest and most important governmental departments in the government. It takes care of their upkeep for their residences, the salaries of the staff, their protection details, and in effect the entire bureaucracy that surrounds them. It is not even slightly viable to slash that budget to that extreme.

There are far more examples, but we need to go into detail on each budgetary item, for which if the Senate permits, we would more then willing to go through line by line.
