That means that if hutorian commit a terrorist attack on hutorian land, we will send him to another country that will execute him. | Message | Mr. Speaker, No, we don't want to give terrorist a pat in the back and then gving them a ''second chance''. We believe that simply putting them in jail should be efficient enough but that is not our point. Does the National Salvation Front not understand how problematic it would be to send hutorian prisoners oversees to execute them? If a hutorian criminal is to be executed, shoudl they not at the very least be executed within hutorian soil?
