Upon passing of this bill the government will have to adopt/execute the following articles and all their provisions.


Article 1 "Inspection"

-Any and all Paramilitaries operating in Narikaton and Darnussia will be checked every year by a inspection team of the MoD

-Paramilitaries will be checked on any and all illegal equipment they are not allowed to possess (as outlined in article 2)



Article 2 "Illegal Goods"

-Paramilitaries are NOT allowed to possess any heavy weaponry (heavy artillery, tanks, heavy vehicles, landmines, anti tank equipment)

-Paramilitaries are NOT allowed to possess anti air equipment (anti air missile launchers, anti air vehicles etc.)

-Paramilitaries are NOT allowed to posses nuclear or chemical weaponry

-Paramilitaries are NOT allowed to posses any form of medium or heavy artillery (stationary artillery guns, mobile artillery guns) however mortars and other forms of light artillery support is allowed

-If any of the above is found during inspections the equipment will be immediately confiscated



Article 3 "Government Paramilitary"

-The Government Paramilitary (Nationale Defensie Vereniging/Nationale Verteidigungsvereinigung) (NDV/NVV) is exempt from all provisions in article 2 and provision 2 of article 1. Meaning the NDV/NVV can use the equipment banned in those provisions.

-The NDV/NVV will still be subject to provision 1 of article 1 to check for a appropriate level of professionalism from the government paramilitary
