Description[?]:

This bill grants the department of labour relations, the authority to reguate unions' striking.

1) Any strike must be initiated by a ballot of the unions members which will be counted by a member or members of the department. Only those with more votes in favor of the strike can proceed.

2) any workers which are engaged in a strike which is determined to be justified by the department will have their jobs protected and be able to return to them when/if the strike comes to an end.

Message1) Agreed, as I recall, there was much controversy over those 'reasonable reasons', this way we can make sure there are no loopholes and our citizens are protected.
