Description[?]:
Private companies are responsible for the maintenance of our roads. This to ensure that we have a road surface that is of some quality. |

Message | 15 years is too long! Maybe 6 months but 15 is too long. |

Message | 6 months? Are you seriously? Our tax payers pay a lot of money. Stable and quality roads are a must then! If the surface is full of holes after 6 months we could better fill the holes with garbage. 15 years means the contractors will use asphalt from decent quality so our roads are ensured of quality for 15 years at least |

Message | 6 months is too short but 15 years is also way too long. The Republicans would support a 2 year version of this policy. |

Message | 2 years is still very short. Life expectancy of asphalt depends on which asphalt is used. But 10 to 17 years old is the minimum. We would agree with a bill that talks about 10 years. But every Asphalt type that has an expectancy under 10years old is garbage. |
