This bill would send powers of infrastructure, education, and policing to local governments in one form or another.

This bill would require each province to attain control over small colleges and vocational institutions to determine their funding, how their police will patrol property to work for local citizens' needs, whether farm size should be regulated, and gives them the choice of creating public transport if they desire.
